When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, details of your vehicle and your message.

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out and arrange the work you’ve asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing, and we don’t share it with anyone except where we need to in order to do the work or are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are sent to us by email. We keep them only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for any period required for our business records.

Your rights
